Context
An established technology with paying customers, but without the product itself designed, both the customer-facing side and the internal tools the team used to run and manage it. The work spanned both, designed in sync with the demands and constraints of different sides of the business, from data to engineering to customer success.
Approach
Products and features were shaped from early thinking through to detailed screens, working closely across product, data, and engineering throughout. Fast turnaround kept things moving, so directions could be tried, measured against real use, and adjusted as feedback came in.
